Weekend Activity: Look there’s snow

Heavy snowfalls across Europe the last days and snow cover building up in many areas reminded us that its only a few more days before the lifts start running again. Here are two videos to warm you up for the new snow season soon to start in Europe, the U.S. and Canada.

The first one’s on a carnage at Fernie when about 150 people diving into Currie bowl at rope drop.

The second video is a great animation on the “dangers of snow” – about a bloodthirsty snow man hunting skiers and boarders.

The Time Machine: An Interactive YouTube Adventure

The first interactive video game created with YouTube’s new Annotation feature.

At the end of each episode viewers can take a decision and are branched to different follow up videos. The plot is three friends traveling with a time machine (yes we know). So far there are 9 videos online.

Finally some of the greatest Monty Python sketches have been made available in high quality from the source.

So far there are 24 videos including “Always look on the bright side …”, “Lumberjack Song”, “Job Interview”, “Four Yorkshiremen”, “Black Knight” and “Killer Rabbit” to name a few.

Guys, you can do better, where’s the “Spanish Inquisition”, “The Funniest Joke” and all the other great ones you’ve done!
