During the last days Venice, Italy has experienced one of the worst floods for more than 20 years and the water came so quickly that in many areas of the lagoon city no wooden panels could be erected in time. But some are taking advantage of these weather conditions.
This BBC Video shows a guy kite surfing across the world famous St Marcus Square.
