Life: Why people are leaving organizations

We have seen quite some discussions on blogs around the last days about why people are leaving organizations.
The main reasons mentioned where “Immediate boss”, “grass is greener…”, “unhappiness at the workplace” but there was one key point also mentioned which has often the biggest impact for the organizations (particular for it’s future):

    Guillaume Reymond, head of the Swiss communication agency NOTsoNOISY had a great idea for their participation in the 2006 Belluard Bollwerk International festival in Fribourg. After their success with Life-Pong in 2005 they got almost 70 people together and created a Life version of arcade game classic Space Invaders.
